1. Are the virtual events able to run concurrently? If yes, what is the maximum number of classes that the platform is able to cater?
Yes, the virtual events are able to run concurrently with a maximum of 20 room or classes.

What are the system requirements for running a virtual event?
The virtual event runs on a cloud-based server, so the minimum requirements are:
a) Chrome browser
b) Internet connection (High-speed preferable) -
Who is able to participate in the conference?
Anyone registered with the event is able to participate in the conference. For VIP guests, a separate registration is required to provide them with the userid to log in.

How many host can you have in one session?
In any one session, multiple hosts can be assigned based on the video conference package that you subscribe to.

Will I get a copy of a recording of my session?
The session will be recorded independently by hosts or chairman to the cloud upon which the copy will be provided to the organizers.
